For eligible Health First Colorado HCBS waiver members, including people with intellectual or developmental disabilities on applicable waivers, Non-Medical Transportation may be included in the person-centered plan. Participating HCBS organizations/providers may use Lyft Pass for Public Funding to cover approved rides.

Eligibility, covered trip purposes and approved transportation provider vary by waiver and individual plan. Lyft is available only when the participating organization/provider authorizes and issues Lyft Pass for Public Funding.
