- Call 719-715-2880, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, to apply for same-day intake. You must be sober at intake. If you are in a detox facility, you can apply by phone from there. Expect a short screening and a background check. You must be willing to work a full-time job.
